    A map of Mrs Campbell Wyndham Long's estate (8M61/118) shows the Golf Course as Lot 36.  An older map of 1872 shows a rifle range where the Golf Course now is.

    Kelly's Directory 1895 contains in its section on Corhampton a reference to Lt. Col Philip Arthur Pleydell Bouverie Campbell Wyndham, JP, Corhampton House. [He died on Dec 23, 1900.]

    Who's Who in Hampshire 1935 contains a reference to Walter Vinsittant Campbell Wyndham Long who was born at Belmore Cottage, Upham in 1868, son of Walter Long of The Holt, Upham. In 1894 he married Mary Lilian, daughter of the late Colonel Bouverie Campbell Wyndham.

    Corhampton Parish Records (81M76PZ4) contains the announcement of the death and funeral of Richard Arthur Pleydell Bouverie Campbell Wyndham (son of P A P Bouverie Campbell Wyndham) born Jul 6, 1862, died Sep 8, 1909. Also contained in the folder is a cutting from the Hampshire Chronicle describing the funeral of Mrs Caroline Mary P. B. Campbell Wyndham (b Aug 5, 1827, d Sep 8, 1908) wife of P A P Bouverie Campbell Wyndham.
